Institutional Learning Outcomes
The Institutional Learning Outcomes (ILOs) are those required by the American University of Bahrain to be acquired by all its graduates. It is expected that an AUBH graduate will be able to:
- Regularly evaluate own strengths and weaknesses and pursue opportunities to develop in necessary areas
- Accept and integrate new ideas and information on merits, even if contrary to personal opinion or previous experiences
- Closely monitor economic, market, societal conditions and trends, and understand the direct and indirect impacts on the organization, customers or the public
- Transcend local ideas and ways of thinking by routinely examining situations from the perspective of others from different backgrounds, correcting for own biases and balancing local and global perspectives.
