- Regularly evaluate own strengths and weaknesses and pursue opportunities to develop in necessary areas
- Accept and integrate new ideas and information on merits, even if contrary to personal opinion or previous experiences
- Closely monitor economic, market, societal conditions and trends, and understand the direct and indirect impacts on the organization, customers or the public.
- Transcend local ideas and ways of thinking by routinely examining situations from the perspective of others from different backgrounds, correcting for own biases and balancing local and global perspectives.
