Mr. Ebrahim Radhi
An active innovation and sustainability professional, Eng. Ebrahim Radhi serves as an adjunct at AUBH. His wide experience in industry since 2006 provides an important linkage between the industry and the AUBH.
Ebrahim holds M.Phil in Industrial System Manufacture & Management from the University of Cambridge in 2011. He has over 16 years of experience as a Principal Management and Industrial Consultant in Lean Philosophy, Productivity Improvement, Business Development, Energy Management, Organizational and Quality System Deployment. He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Management and Manufacturing from the University of Leeds in 2006 along with various professional certifications including Lead Auditor of Quality and Energy Management Systems, Six Sigma Green Belt and Lead Productivity Improvement Practitioner. He has completed over than 90 successful consultancy projects including: Establishment of National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA), Development of the Organizational Structure of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce (BCCI) and Productivity Improvement Advisory Services for manufacturing, construction and oil and gas sectors in the region.
Ebrahim has experience working with many international companies including: NOCN UK Accreditation Body, Jafcon Consultancy, The Welding Institute, Laing O’Rourke and Vestas Wind Systems (UK) where he mainly held positions related to business and productivity developments.
Ebrahim hold Mini MBA from University of California (USA) in Entrepreneurship, and he co-founded Green Innova a leading specialized company in domain of renewable energy and sustainability. At Green Innova, he oversees the projects with the key clients such as Bahrain Petroleum (BAPCO), Amazon Bahrain, Ministry of Electricity and Water Authority and UNDP, and supports these organizations in their journey to achieve net zero carbon emission.
Ebrahim is a co-author of the book titled: Strategies of Knowledge Transfer for Economic Diversification in the Arab States of The Gulf, where his paper was about “Bahrain Industrial Partnership Innovation Centre” at Gulf Research Meeting – Cambridge -UK.
