Week 02: Internet of Things (IoT) (26th - 30th June)

This workshop provides an introduction to the world of electrical engineering and Internet of Things (IoT). We will move students from basic programming and electronic circuit concepts to building the IoT system and exploring each sensor/actuator’s capabilities by programming the smart house using Arduino platform.

After completing this practical and interactive workshop, students will have a basic understanding of electronic circuits, sensors, and IOT with the help of a wide variety of practical activities. In addition, it will also help students develop important skills such as problem-solving, debugging techniques, critical thinking, logical reasoning, and creativity.

Both workshops will also help students develop important skills such as problem-solving, debugging techniques, critical thinking, logical reasoning, and creativity.

Week 01: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computer Vision (19th - 23rd June)

The workshop explains the world of AI, machine learning and computer vision, and how these technologies affect our lives today and how can be used for projects. It will teach participants the foundations of programming and training machine learning models, creating dynamic, ‘smart’ projects like image recognizers, text classification, chatbot, text to speech, hand gestures, sensing motion, and face recognition.

After completing this interactive workshop, students will have a basic understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision with the help of a wide variety of AI projects. In addition, it will also help students develop important skills such as problem-solving, debugging techniques, critical thinking, logical reasoning, and creativity.
