360 Degree Student Experience
“Play is the highest form of research - Albert Einstein
At AUBH, we understand that life outside of study is as important as academic performance. It is in this sense that we aim to provide our students with a well-rounded university experience that is on a par with experiences abroad. Our 75,000 sqm Riffa campus is alive with a host of leisure and extra-curricular activities to create unique spaces for students, faculty and staff to interact, learn and grow as individuals.
Our stunning campus was designed by US-based architects Ayers Saint Gross (ASG), who are specialists in creating university spaces which lend themselves to creativity through open areas, ease of flow and natural light. The campus aesthetic was designed to enhance interaction and collaboration between students, faculty and staff, providing a distinctive educational venue unique to the Middle East.

AUBH envisions the campus to be a place of learning both in mind and body, with students participating in both individual and team sports. Sports range from basketball in our state of the art sports hall, soccer on our floodlit AstroTurf field; or boxing in a class run by our President. We continuously work towards creating an environment conducive to the health and fitness of our students.

The first floor is dedicated to the Student Council and student clubs, set up with different sitting areas for students to independently socialize.

Students may face a wide variety of common personal issues as well as academic pressures during their university experience. When such issues are present, they often interfere with academic growth. Students who recognize these problems may utilize the counseling services to deal with challenges in a healthy manner and enhance their personal well-being.
Our counseling services involve a wide range of methods to offer support to our students and provide regular sessions as needed, as it is often helpful to discuss these concerns in a supportive and professional environment.
