The American University of Bahrain (AUBH) has recently concluded the AUBH Open Day held on its campus for those interested in pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies.
Following the announcement of the admission process for the 2023 Fall semester scheduled to begin in September, prospective students attended the university’s Open Day to tour the campus and explore the different programs offered.
Established as the first purpose-built American-model university in the Kingdom, AUBH offers an exceptional, world-class educational experience and has recently been accredited in the United States by WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges).
AUBH’s Open Day event witnessed an overwhelming turnout of interested students wishing to engage with university leadership, faculty, and staff to learn more about the university and its offerings. The event also included an informative session about the university’s degree programs and course structures, one-to-one conversations with faculty members, a campus tour, and a preview of the AUBH enrollment process.
Dr. Jacob Ng, AUBH Vice President of Enrollment Management and Global Affairs, stated, “We were impressed by the highly qualified attendees during our AUBH Open Day event. It was even more exciting to witness such a diverse group of students and industry professionals visiting our campus to enroll in our undergraduate and graduate programs for the upcoming Fall semester. I am convinced that this cohort will not only accomplish remarkable achievements in their studies, but they will also raise a new level of learning outcomes for our programs. AUBH’s Colleges of Business and Management, Engineering, and Media and Design offer ten undergraduate programs and three graduate programs. Graduate programs are offered outside of regular working hours to accommodate the schedules of busy, mid-career professionals. The educational experience combines flexibility, a data-focused curriculum taught by world-class faculty, and a sense of community among students and alumni. AUBH Open Days are an opportunity for prospective students and their families to learn more about degree programs, tuition and fees, the admission process, etc. AUBH has also announced that they will be hosting on-campus Open Day events every Wednesday for the entire month of August 2023.
